Hello friends, and welcome to Between The Moons.

Something you might not have known about me is that I’m a semi-certified funeral celebrant. Having played a large part in putting together both my son’s and my dad’s funerals, and then designing one for my husband pretty much single handed (and all within the space of two years) I began to feel I might have a calling to become a professional celebrant. By this time I had discovered the healing power of words, ritual and music as a way of working through grief, and I thought I might be able to share that with others. Also, and more prosaically, having lost my livelihood I needed to try to find a way of supporting myself in the world.
